Over the past 22 years, Jessica’s education, certifications, and credentials have centered on a holistic approach to healing and personal growth, integrating psychotherapy, trauma and attachment work, spiritual development, communication, and conflict resolution. While her work spans multiple disciplines, her core focus is fostering genuine connection and facilitating transformative conversations that support lasting change.​

Registered as an unlicensed psychotherapist in the state of Colorado, Jessica has intentionally chosen a non-traditional path to maintain flexibility and integrate a broader range of modalities.

 

Her approach weaves together evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic work with relational, nervous-system-informed, and spiritual frameworks—creating a non-pathologizing space that honors each person’s innate capacity for healing and growth.

Dave’s path to developing the Restorative Relationship Conversation model began in the field of Restorative Justice, where he worked as a professional Restorative Circle facilitator and trainer. In this role, he supported individuals in resolving interpersonal conflict through dialogue and repair rather than adversarial systems. His work was informed by training in trauma-informed care for victims of crime, cultural and gender sensitivity, Nonviolent Communication, and cultural brokering.

After leaving the Restorative Justice field, Dave was inspired to re-imagine the restorative conflict model as a practical tool for intimate relationships. Drawing on additional training in mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, somatic work, and attachment theory, he developed a process that helps people engage conflict in healthier, more connected ways.

 

Today, Dave offers the Restorative Relationship Conversation process to private clients seeking to transform conflict into deeper understanding, connection, and intimacy.

Christy is a creative consultant, producer, and community builder with a background spanning Broadway, fitness and wellness operations, event production, and digital strategy.

 

She was the co-creator and creative producer of Little Kids, Big Hearts, an award-winning social-emotional learning podcast for children and their grown-ups.

 

Trained in Nonviolent Communication and mindfulness-based leadership, Christy specializes in turning vision into living systems—designing programs, platforms, and experiences that cultivate presence, connection, and genuine human engagement.

 

Her work is about designing spaces—digital, physical, and experiential—where people can truly be seen, heard, and connect with each other.
